Gold Cup 2020 Reserve Talent Training

In order to strengthen the echelon construction of reserve talents, improve the management role recognition and professional quality capabilities of reserve talents, and build the backbone of the company, Gold Cup carried out a two-day one night training for 45 reserve talents from December 19 to 20, 2020. 

At the opening ceremony, the director of the management department Yi Haiyan introduced the importance of the company's reserve talent construction for the company's development, and talent is a key element of the company's strategic development. In the past five years, the company has successively cultivated 42 talents in key positions through the establishment of reserve talent echelon. The training arrangement is comprehensive. First of all, General Manager Zheng Qingxiang conducted a class training with the theme of "Corporate Strategy and Company Development", from a strategic perspective to trigger reserve talents to think about future development; Chief Financial Officer Liu Lianqiang explained the "Business Indicators You Have to Know" in a simple way , leading everyone to understand the company’s business management from a data perspective; "Efficient Execution", lectured by Assistant General Manager Zhang Sufang, providing methodological guidance for enhancing the team’s execution; specially invited Long Ni, deputy director of the human resources department of the headquarters to give the lecture "How to Effectively Communicate and Express", let everyone experience the artistic charm of communication and avoid entering into communication misunderstandings.

       

This training has a strong and exciting learning atmosphere. After class, everyone posted their study notes and shared their experience, which was full of rewards.
