First Phase of the Expansion and Construction of EV Magnetic Wire

On the afternoon of June 23, Mr. Zheng Qingxiang, General Manager of Xiangtan branch, presided over the kick-off meeting of the EV product expansion construction (Phase I) project. The meeting read out the "Notice on the Establishment of the New Energy Product Expansion Construction (Phase I) Project Team". Mr. Chen served as the leader of the project, and Wang Feng served as the leader of the implementation team. Wang Feng reported on the work implementation plan and division of labor arrangements. The first phase of the project needs to ensure that the company will increase the production capacity of 4,000 tons of EV wires before February 20, 2022.

In his mobilization speech, Mr. Zheng said that in the flat magnet wire industry, we are already a leading company. The company's future development is positioned to expand and strengthen EV wire production. In this segment, we have entered the top three, and the future capacity scale will become one of the competitive advantages in this field. Mr. Zheng emphasized that in the process of project team work, three aspects should be paid attention to. First, the project team members must fully coordinate to ensure high efficiency; second, in the process of the first phase of the project, it is necessary to combine the feasibility study analysis of the overall EV product expansion project, and do a good job in the planning of supporting capabilities. The implementation of the project must fully reflect the characteristics of green and intelligence; the third is to implement the main responsibility of safety in the process of project implementation to ensure that it is foolproof.

Executive Director Mr. Chen Haibing attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. He put forward three requirements. One is that the project team must continue working experience in the project system, communicate and collaborate efficiently, and cultivate and improve the level of ability; the second is that the project implementation team must fully coordinate resources to ensure the smooth development of the project; the third is that the project team's construction and incentive measures need to be further improved, and sub-project teams can be established to promote the implementation of specific tasks. Mr. Chen also asked all colleagues to further enhance the company's strategic understanding. The EV field is an important direction for the company's future development. The board of directors of the group pays great attention to and supports the progress of the project. We should live up to the trust and make new breakthroughs in the new stage.
