Ensure Quality, Seek Development
On July 22, Gold Cup Electric Xiangtan factory held a quality month summary meeting to summarize the achievements of the quality month activities and commend employees with outstanding performance in various activities. The event closely centered on the theme of "guaranteeing quality carefully, striving for excellence and development", and carefully planned, actively mobilized, and carried out a series of quality month activities, which received enthusiastic response and participation from all employees.
1. Strengthen quality awareness.
A kick-off meeting for the Quality Month event was held on June 4 to clarify the quality responsibilities and indicators of each department and workshop, and sign a quality commitment letter. Representatives of the Production Department and Quality Department made quality commitment speeches, and completed the first and second quality publicity and implementation on site. The Quality Department supervises the whole process.
2. Special quality training and skill evaluation.
Specially invited quality leader Wan Lipeng conducted three special quality trainings for all front-line employees, expounding quality awareness, quality integrity, quality risk and follow-up improvement directions for full participation. Employees' experience exchanges are in full swing, creating a good atmosphere in which everyone cares about and values quality.
3. Develop quality red lines, and two-way assessment and incentives.
Workshop leaders organize the employees to carry out brainstorming, work together to clarify the quality red line and corresponding solutions, change the mode of unilateral training from process supervisors, and do the reverse, let the employees fully discuss and communicate, and work out the quality red lines and solutions, fully excavate employee experience, select the most comprehensive winners from them, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, require everyone to pass the test, and strictly observe the quality red lines.
Through the launch of this quality month activity, the staff’s quality awareness has been greatly enhanced, and all employees have been enthusiastic about building a quality enterprise. The company’s leaders highly affirmed this activity. Mr. Chen pointed out: Through the launch of the “Quality Month” activity, promoted the participation of all employees in the quality work, the linkage between employees. While affirming the achievements, we also made suggestions and analysis of the problems and deficiencies in the quality work. Quality activities should not be a formality, it is the life of an enterprise, and integrity is the foundation of an enterprise. Quality management never ends!
